1. Contact

1.1. When contacting us by e-mail, the information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

1.2. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 95 TKG. We use the personal data to answer your request and (if you wish) also to initiate a contract.

1.3. We do not pass on this data without your consent, unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. This applies in particular to applications via e-mail addresses.

2. Access data/Server-log files

2.1. The provider (or his web space provider) collects data about access to the website (so-called server log files). The access data includes: Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited website), IP address and the requesting providers.

2.2. The provider only uses the log data for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the website. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on specific indications.

3. Handling of personal data

3.1. We automatically collect and store information in our server log files that your browser transmits to us. These are: browser type/version operating system used referrer URL (the previously visited page), host name of the accessing computer (IP address) time of the server request. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons for the provider. A combination of this data with other data sources is not carried out, the data is only used for statistical evaluations, but not for other purposes.

3.2. Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is permitted by law or if the users consent to the data collection.

4. Cookies

We would like to point out that we use cookies as part of the visit. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. We only use cookies to keep our website functional and user-friendly.

4.1. Session cookies (local): It is a technical cookie with a memory function of the user’s actions within a website. This is deleted when you leave the website.
